Cliché carries new and locally designed clothes that describe a slight edge to a young eclectic wardrobe. Cliché tries to stay forward on trend while maintaining a classic presence. Cliché boutique hosts several fashion events throughout the year; their annual fashion show, titled “Avoid the Grey”, 2 seasonal in-store shows, trunk shows, and Hair Industry Night. Owner: Delayna Sundberg grew up in South Minneapolis. She is the store buyer, producer of events, and marketing specialist. Her background is in real estate, finance, and general retail. Owner: Joshua Sundberg grew up in Robbinsdale. He is the daily presence at Cliché and maintains the local clothing section of the store. He also is known as DJ Cardigan. Andrea Oseland has been with Cliché since 2007. She curates the eclectic selection of jewelry carried at Cliché by partnering with local designers and bringing in carefully selected jewelry lines from independent, up and coming designers across the globe. Andrea, a professionally trained jeweler and gemologist, is also the designer of Cocoquette, which can be found amongst our local jewelry selection. In addition to writing for the shop's blog, Andrea can also be found collaborating with Delayna on the concept and execution of our in-store events and annual fashion event Avoid the Grey and styling our bi-annual segment for Ignite Modeling Agency's Envision fashion event.
