• Shipping: We ship with UPS ground. Shipping times vary between 2 to 6 business days depending on location. Continental United States Only.



• Sales Tax
• Additional Charges: All orders are subject to a $2.00 handling fee. Purchases with a billing address in the state of Minnesota will be charged sales tax when applicable.



• Return Policy
• Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to call or email us to discuss your return or options for exchange. We are happy to offer advice on fit and exchange options. Returned items will be eligible for either an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds. Purchases made online may be returned at the store. Items returned by mail must be postmarked within 14 business days from the date you receive your package. Items must be in new condition, with the tags attached, and the original receipt. Please carefully package your return. Items returned in a worn condition or damaged due to careless packaging are not eligible for return and will shipped back to the customer at their expense and will incur a handling fee. Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please contact us regarding returns of items you relieved as a gift, these returns will be handled case, by case and at Cliche's discretion. All jewelry purchases and items listed as final sale on the website are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
