She loves manipulating & combining unique fabrics into interesting and provocative shapes, to create fascinating silhouettes. She strives for women to feel confident and sophisticated, while showing to the world that they are powerful, edgy and feminine. Elena graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Stout. She also studied at Parson's The New School for Design for one summer. Elena has worked for fashion designers both in New York City and Los Angeles. Other accomplishments include designing a dress that was worn at the 2008 Emmy Awards, being a lead assistant for a designer at the F/W2009 London Fashion Week and most recently was a runway designer for the 2010 Voltage Fashion Amplified show.
