As a self- taught seamstress, her inspiration comes from patterns and color found in materials just about everywhere. She has been known to reuse sofa material and vintage dresses in her handbag creations. Her design philosophy is to keep the shape simple and then use durable and quality textures together with bright, fun colors to create a fashionable and functional design that any gal would be happy to sport.
